TriCamp 2008
is designed for the beginner-intermediate level triathlete. TriCamp will focus on refining all aspects of triathlon performance and competition. Sessions enhance mind/body fitness through: technique training, form videotaping and analysis, goal-setting seminars, equipment and nutritional education. Following initial arrival, the camp includes all transportation, lunches Saturday through Monday, dinner Saturday and Sunday, and qualified, certified staff to support the function.
