10-10:30am Depart and return to Oxford Suites
10:30-11:30am Bike maintenance clinic
11:30am-1pm Lunch, break & run video reviews
1-1:30pm Depart and drive to pool
1:30-2:30pm Swim drills and form videotaping
2:30-3pm Depart and drive to bike start
